 LEWIS, SR., CONNELLY "LEW" MCCOY,
USAF (RET.), 65, passed away on April 17, 2006. He was born in
Union, North Carolina on July 18, 1940. Mr. Lewis retired from the
U.S. Air Force after 24 years of service to our country, he served
in Vietnam. He was a member of SAC Elite Guard & Air Force
Security Police Associations. Survivors include his wife, Barbara
"Betty" Lewis, son, Connelly (Maria) M. Lewis, Jr.; two daughters,
Conny (Jim) Lewis Freeman and Linda (Lavon) Lewis Cobb; brother,
Henry Lewis; sister, Polly Phelps; grandchildren, Jacqueline
Freeman, Jennifer Freeman, Marcella Lewis, Andreas Lewis, Clay Cobb,
and Shanna Cobb. Funeral Services will be on Friday at 2PM in the
Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior
to service time.
