We have had a couple of people make room reservations at the Hope Hotel today. In so doing we discovered that by making a reservation on line there is no way to let them know you are with the SEGA so they charged a higher rate. I contacted the Hotel and we worked the problem out. Because we are 14 1/2 month out from the reunion they are requesting that reservations be called in by regular phone and you get to speak to a real person you can understand. The phone number is 937 879-2696.

The new price for rooms is $73.37 tax included. If you have any problems or questions please contact me at 937-258-0545 and I will get an answer or try to fix the problem.

I was asked what if I want to make a reservation and don't want to put it on a credit card. The hotel said No problem but you need to arrive before 6 pm the date of your reservation. Remember you can always cancel the room up to before the reunion if you can get a better deal to your liking.

This is not a call for registration for the reunion, that will follow later, we just want to get the people the best deals we can on rooms is why we seek early registration and to determine if I need to block more rooms because they may get scarce closer to the reunion time with out of town events like Indy 500, International HAMVENTION and (8) college graduations.
