This years reunion had 90 Elite Guardsmen in attendance with a total attendance of 160.
Highlights Include:
Elite Guard members from 5 decade.
First OIC of the guard Col Ray Balcer (retired).
2nd Annual Jim Wright golf tournament.
Posting and retreating of the colors by the Elite Guard Security Forces from Offutt.
"Blue Beret" film presented by Gary Heiman.
Speaker Brian York, Strategic Museum.
Visit to Offutt AFB and review of the current Security Forces, equipment and mission.
Strategic Museum visit.
Dave Weber, Channel 6 Sportscaster, remembering the guard.
Wayne Schapper's presentation of 8MM film from the 60's.
Presentation of 16MM film donated to the guard by Marge Atwood, widow of Sgt Atwood.
Presentation of SAC certificates by Col. Bob Swing (retired).
Presentation by Lt Col Warren Keithley and MSgt Todd DePorter, 55th Security Forces.
